You’ve probably read that the Basque Country is one of the best places in the world to enjoy food. Well, its true. I was lucky to born here and to have a grandmother who taught me everything she knew so family’s recipes were passed down generation after generation.
This cooking class is going to be an intimate journey in the history of my family, where I will teach you culinary secrets that are worth millions. Join the class, discover new ingredients, cook with me in a traditional txoko and get ready to become the next promise of the new Basque cuisine.

What to expect
- Visit the most beautiful market and shop among the locals.
- You will learn and enjoy five course meal (appetizer, two pintxos, main meal and dessert)
- We will cook with wine. Sometimes we even add it to the food.
- A super complete cookbook with the recipes we will cook in the class and much more.
- Small groups. Your experience will feel like a lunch with friends.
